The bar program is central to our vision — combining classic cocktail techniques with Asian-inspired ingredients, house infusions, and creative presentation.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and driven Mixologist / Head Bartender to lead and build our bar program from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the identity of a new opening and be part of a passionate, high-performing team. The ideal candidate will craft innovative and classic cocktails, deliver exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role requires a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent time management, and strong communication skills. Prior experience in restaurant or food service environments is required, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Toast. The Mixologist will have the freedom to establish connections with Distilleries and other local vendors, with a focus on the excellence of our Cocktail Program.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and guest preferences
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders and offering recommendations
• Operate POS systems efficiently to process orders, payments, and cash handling accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, including verifying guest age and monitoring intoxication levels
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant, bar, or food industry settings required.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast.
• Strong customer service skills with an outgoing personality and professional demeanor.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and measuring ingredients accurately
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to serve alcohol responsibly (Serving It Right required).
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Must be at least 21 years old (or age required by local regulations)

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
