Role Overview:

You will be an experienced branding and marketing professional responsible for taking complete ownership of the 1-OAK corporate brand. Your role will involve ensuring consistent positioning across all communication platforms. You will manage external branding, digital, PR, and creative agencies while maintaining a strong in-house control over brand strategy, investor communication, marketing content, and digital presence. Working closely with management, you will strengthen the company's market image, corporate identity, and stakeholder engagement across real estate and investment-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Corporate Brand Ownership
• Own and manage the overall 1-OAK corporate brand strategy and positioning.
• Ensure brand consistency across all corporate, project, investor, and digital communication.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual identity standards.
• Drive the company's brand perception in the real estate and investment market.
• Agency Management & Coordination
• Manage and direct relationships with branding, PR, digital marketing, social media, creative, and advertising agencies.
• Review agency deliverables and ensure alignment with the company's branding objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate campaign execution, creative development, media planning, and marketing activities through external partners.
• Monitor agency performance, budgets, and ROI of marketing initiatives.
• Investor-Facing Communication & Collateral
• Develop and manage high-quality investor-facing presentations, pitch decks, brochures, reports, and corporate profiles.
• Coordinate with management for preparation of investment communication materials and strategic presentations.
• Ensure all investor communication reflects the company's professionalism, growth strategy, and brand positioning.
• Support fundraising, partnerships, and corporate business development initiatives through effective marketing communication.
• Content & Digital Presence
• Oversee the company's website, social media platforms, digital campaigns, and online brand presence.
• Develop corporate content strategies including newsletters, press releases, articles, videos, and marketing materials.
• Ensure regular updates and consistency across all digital platforms.
• Monitor digital engagement, analytics, and online reputation management.
• Corporate Communication & Public Relations
• Handle corporate announcements, media communication, and public relations activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with media houses, influencers, marketing vendors, and industry partners.
• Support management in internal and external communication initiatives.
• Strategic Marketing Support
• Work closely with leadership on corporate branding initiatives and strategic marketing decisions.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to strengthen brand positioning.
• Support project launches, corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Branding, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 815 years of experience in branding, corporate marketing, or communication roles.
• Prior experience in Real Estate, Investment, Hospitality, or Corporate Branding preferred.
