We are looking for a highly motivated Business Developer to join our sales team. This is not just a "cold caller" role; you will be the front line of our growth strategy. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle: identifying prospects, initiating contact via phone and email, and closing deals to bring new clients on board.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales (Cold Calling): Proactively call decision-makers at target companies to introduce our services, identify pain points, and pitch our staffing solutions.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify new business opportunities and key decision-makers within target industries.
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the sign-up process, ensuring a smooth transition and positive first experience.
- Account Management Support: Liaise between clients and candidates to confirm bookings, gather feedback, and resolve basic issues.
- Email Outreach: Draft and send persuasive follow-up emails, proposals, and marketing materials to nurture leads.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our operations team to ensure we deliver on our promises to clients.
What We’re Looking For

Working Hours (Strict)
- Canada Time (EST): 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Pakistan Time (PKST): 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Next Day)
- Please note: You must be available for the entirety of these hours to align with our client's business day in North America.
