Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in strategic and operational activities. This role goes beyond traditional administrative responsibilities and requires someone who is smart, highly organized, and capable of managing executive-level coordination and strategic meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Executive’s calendar, meetings, and appointments efficiently.
- Prepare Meeting Agendas, Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and follow-up on action items.
- Assist in planning and organizing strategy meetings and leadership discussions.
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Act as a coordination point between leadership and internal teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
- Support the leadership team with analysis, documentation, and meeting preparation when required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills (presentation creation, data organization).
- Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude with a strategic mindset, not just administrative support.
- Smart, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Should have done MBA or PG from Tier 1 institutes
