Job Description
CRM & Retention Marketing Executive
We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven CRM & Retention Marketing Executive to own customer retention, website merchandising, and reporting operations across our e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Campaign Management (Primary Focus)
- Execute retention campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications, ensuring timely and relevant customer communication.
- Manage retention calendars, audience segmentation, automated flows (welcome, win-back, post-purchase, browse abandonment), and channel hygiene.
- Coordinate with creative teams by preparing copy and design briefs and ensuring on-time asset delivery.
- Track channel performance, including revenue, repeat purchase rate, open rates, CTR, and flow conversions, and proactively optimize underperforming campaigns.
- Publish weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Website Merchandising
- Manage Shopify merchandising, including collection organization, product sorting, best-seller frameworks, and promotional placements.
- Use full-funnel performance data (impressions, clicks, add-to-cart, conversion) to optimize product visibility and customer journeys.
- Maintain campaign consistency across website, app, and marketing channels while ensuring merchandising reflects current promotions and inventory.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards providing real-time visibility into retention, merchandising, and marketing performance.
- Monitor funnel performance from campaign delivery through purchase and proactively identify trends, opportunities, and issues.
- Support monthly marketing budgeting and stakeholder reporting.
Marketplace Operations (Future Scope)
- Manage product listings and performance across luxury marketplaces .
- Ensure accurate catalog management, pricing, imagery, and content while developing scalable marketplace processes.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of CRM/lifecycle marketing experience in D2C or e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, or CleverTap.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, campaign measurement, and Shopify operations.
- Experience with dashboarding, reporting, merchandising, and creative coordination.
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
