Job Description

Core Responsibilities (Bare Minimum)

  • Create and maintain clear, role-specific job descriptions across departments.
  • Set up and conduct interviews, screening processes, and assessments/tests for new hires.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to offer rollout.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding, training, and integration of new employees into the

company.

  • Add new hires into the HRMS and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records.

Broader Responsibilities

  • Develop and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational

values.

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, concerns, or

grievances.

  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and

feedback cycles.

  • Ensure workplace safety, diversity, and inclusion initiatives are upheld.
  • Supervise and stay in the loop on Admin activities, ensuring administrative practices

(e.g., office management, facility upkeep, vendor coordination) are aligned with HR

policies, organizational culture, and compliance standards.

  • Play a key role in shaping scalable HR systems and processes, including integration of

tools like HR-One, performance evaluation frameworks, incentive systems, and

structured employee development pathways.

  • Partner with leadership to design a future-ready HR roadmap, balancing operational

excellence with long-term organizational transformation.

  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office/Google
