Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager/Assistant Manager to oversee daily production operations, planning, and team management. The role involves coordinating with QC, Sales, Dispatch, and Purchase teams to ensure timely production, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production planning and execution
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure safety, quality, and ISO compliance
• Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and optimize processes
• Lead and manage shop-floor teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Engineering with 6+ years of experience in production, preferably in the paint/coatings industry.

✔ Strong experience in production planning & operations

✔ Knowledge of ISO, safety, and quality standards

✔ Background in paint/coatings industry preferred
