One Stop Wellness is a growing healthcare SaaS company helping employers improve workforce health, engagement, and healthcare cost outcomes.
Our platform provides personalized, user-friendly access to health data while helping organizations reduce healthcare expenses and improve employee wellbeing.
More than 150 million Americans live with chronic conditions, which account for nearly 90% of the nation’s $3.3 trillion in healthcare spending. We work directly with HR leaders, employee benefits teams, and benefits consultants to bring solutions that improve health outcomes and help organizations manage rising healthcare costs.
We are expanding our sales team and are looking for someone who is highly detail oriented, leads with strategy, and collaborative. This role reports to our CEO.

The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will introduce One Stop Wellness to HR leaders, benefits managers, and consultants across the United States.
Your primary focus will be generating qualified meetings through outbound outreach and relationship building. These meetings will help employers discover solutions that improve workforce health and reduce healthcare costs. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a long-term career in healthcare technology and enterprise sales. You are scheduling the appointments for someone on our sales team to do the demos.
High-performing SDRs will have opportunities to grow into Account Executive roles.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect companies through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Engage HR leaders, benefits managers, and consultants in conversation
- Qualify potential clients and schedule meetings with decision makers
- Maintain activity tracking and notes in the CRM
- Execute outbound sales sequences and follow-up processes
- Participate in sales coaching and training sessions
- Attend industry conferences and networking events when appropriate
- Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach and messaging strategies
Compensation
Base Salary: $50,000 annually
Performance Commission: Up to $20,000 annually based on qualified meetings held
On Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000

Employees who choose to live in Newark may receive $500 per month for the first 12 months.

Employees who reside in Newark may receive $200 per month for the first 6 months to spend at locally owned restaurants.

$50 per month for rideshare or public transportation along with NJ Transit discounts

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based out of our Newark office.
Employees are expected to work in the office three days per week (M-W). Candidates may live anywhere provided they can reliably commute to Newark.
Location-based stipends are available to employees who choose to reside in Newark.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (B2B experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Resilience and persistence — you understand that great sales outcomes come from consistent outreach and follow-up
- An organized, goal-oriented mindset and comfort working toward measurable targets
- An interest in healthcare, wellness, technology, or helping organizations solve meaningful problems
- Motivation to learn and be coached
