One Step Forward is hiring an ABA Therapist to provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children in Mullica Hill, Elmer, and surrounding South Jersey communities.
This position offers the opportunity to work one on one with children and help them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through structured ABA programs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide direct one on one ABA therapy sessions
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Support communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skill development
- Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Utilize ABA strategies including reinforcement, prompting, shaping, and behavior intervention techniques
- Collect session data and complete accurate documentation
- Collaborate with supervising BCBAs regarding treatment progress
