We are seeking an experienced and reliable Real Estate Media Photographer to join our growing team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for photographers who are already working with other real estate media companies and are looking to fill gaps in their schedule with consistent, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Capture professional interior and exterior real estate photography
Photograph a variety of properties, from standard homes to higher-end listings
Create accurate floor plans using CubiCasa
Capture 3D tours using Matterport (training available if needed)
Travel to property locations for scheduled shoots
Upload all captured media the same day (no later than 9:00 PM)
Represent the company professionally when interacting with agents and homeowners

Requirements

Prior experience in real estate photography (portfolio required)
Experience photographing a range of home types and sizes
Familiarity with CubiCasa and Matterport (or willingness to learn quickly)
Must own professional equipment:
DSLR or mirrorless camera
Wide-angle lens suitable for real estate (typically 14–24mm range)
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to shoot locations
Strong attention to detail and time management

Preferred

Currently working with other real estate media companies
Flexible availability during weekdays
Experience with fast turnaround workflows

Schedule & Expectations

Typical shoot time ranges from 25 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on property size
Flexible, on-demand scheduling based on your availability
Ideal for photographers looking to supplement existing work

Compensation

$50–$150 per shoot, based on property size, scope, and services
