PCA/Caregiver – Fredericksburg | Mon–Fri 8AM–4PM
We are looking for a reliable and compassionate caregiver to assist a male client in Fredericksburg with consistent weekday hours.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Full assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
- Transfer support (stand/pivot to wheelchair)
- Incontinence care
- Meal prep (cutting food into bite-sized pieces due to choking risk)
- Light housekeeping and laundry
Client Needs:
- Fall risk and requires hands-on support
- Right-leg amputation with right-side weakness
- Some memory issues; prefers a quiet environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced with hands-on care and transfers
- Attentive, patient, and dependable

What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and errands
- Follow individualized care plans
- Communicate client needs or changes to the office team
What We’re Looking For
- PCA, CNA, or caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy
- Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
