Mental Health Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Specialist located in Tiruvallur. The Mental Health Specialist will provide personalized mental health care, apply evidence-based psychological principles, manage individual cases, and address mental health challenges. The role includes conducting assessments, implementing treatment plans, offering support during crises, and collaborating with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Mental Health Care and Mental Health support
• Proficiency in Psychology and understanding of psychological principles
• Experience in Case Management and coordination of client care
• Competency in Crisis Intervention and providing timely support during emergencies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Prior experience in mental health or social services is an advantage
