One Cure Pharma is a fast-growing pharma marketing division established in 2024, headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We specialize in the orthopedic segment and reach thousands of doctors and clinicians across India through a strong network of medical representatives and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 4 Medical Representatives (MRs)

Plan and conduct doctor, pharmacist, and hospital visits to generate prescriptions and orders

Drive product awareness and introduce new products to clients

Regularly meet retailers and distributors to monitor product movement

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory

Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

Achieve monthly sales targets (brand-wise and territory-wise)

Ensure effective execution of company strategies in the market

Maintain high ethical standards in all interactions

Provide regular updates and reports to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree: B.Sc / B.Pharm / B.Com / M.Sc / M.Pharm / M.Com

MBA / PGDM in Pharma Management (preferred)

Experience

1–3 years in Pharma Sales

Team handling experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
