Job Description

We are looking for a talented Frontend Engineer – UI/UX & Interactions with 1.5 – 3 years of hands-on experience building modern, responsive, and interactive web interfaces. You’ll work closely with designers and developers to turn cutting-edge designs into performant, animation-rich user experiences.

The ideal person has strong expertise in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS, and a passion for crafting smooth animations using modern libraries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
  • Implement animations, transitions, and interaction effects to enhance UX
  • Work with libraries like Framer Motion, GSAP, React Spring, Lottie, and scroll/parallax tools
  • Convert design files (Figma) into pixel-perfect frontend code
  • Optimize frontend performance, responsiveness, and load times
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Maintain clean, reusable, and well-structured code

Required Skills

  • - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js
  • Expertise in Tailwind CSS or modern CSS frameworks
  • Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP, React Spring, Lottie)
  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working from design prototypes (Figma)

Good to Have:

  • - Experience with Headless CMS (e.g., Sanity, Strapi)
  • Awareness of performance and SEO optimization in Next.js
  • Familiarity with accessibility best practices
  • Portfolio showcasing interactive UI work
