Account Executive - Fresher

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team in Gandhidham. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting activities and work primarily on Tally for maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting records using Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Record purchase and sales entries
• Process invoices and verify billing details
• Maintain vendor and customer accounts
• Support GST-related documentation and data entry
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data

Required Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Tally
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Familiarity with MS Excel
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills

Skills Required

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn Preferred
• Candidates based in Gandhidham / Kandla / Adipur
• Internship or training in accounting is a plus
