FORCE Environmental Solutions is seeking experienced Oilfield Logistics Dispatchers for their night shift operations in Barnesville, Ohio. This role involves efficiently assigning loads and dispatching a fleet of drivers across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oilfield dispatch and logistics, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Need

• 2 years of oilfield dispatch, operations, or logistics coordinator experience REQUIRED
• Ability to work night shifts (12 hour shifts, 4 days on/4 days off)
• Professional conduct and strong customer service skills
• Ability to coordinate, schedule, and communicate with drivers, supervisors, mechanics, and customers
• Knowledge of DOT regulations
• Strong organizational and paperwork management skills
• Ability to manage call volume, software tracking systems, and email throughout shift
• Ability to assist management and fill in as needed
