We're seeking a Junior BI Dashboard Developer to support a large\-scale data platform transformation for a financial services client. This role will focus on refactoring existing dashboards and developing new, high\-quality visualizations using data from a modern target state platform. You'll work across both structured and unstructured data sources to

deliver scalable, insight\-driven dashboards for business stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Refactor and rebuild existing dashboards to align with new data models and platform architecture.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Develop new dashboards in Tableau and MicroStrategy using data from structured and unstructured sources.

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Design intuitive, user\-focused visualizations that support business analysis and decision\-making.

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Validate data accuracy by reconciling dashboard outputs with underlying datasets.

• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to source, transform, and integrate data into dashboards.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

What We're Looking For:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/u>

<\/span><\/p>

• Hands\-on experience with Tableau (e.g. dashboard design, calculated fields, parameters, LOD expressions, data blending).<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Hands\-on experience with MicroStrategy (e.g. report development, schema objects, metrics, attributes, intelligent cubes).<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Experience working with both structured and unstructured data (e.g. relational databases, semi\-structured data sources).<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li>

• Understanding of data modeling concepts and how they impact visualization performance and usability<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>.
