Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, nurturing leads, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
