Job Description

As a Technical Sales Executive at Omicron, your role will involve managing the sales of process control instrumentation products such as sensors, transmitters, flow meters, thermocouples, temperature gauges, level switches, field instruments, pressure gauges, and BMS systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating new accounts and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Engaging with a variety of clients, including consultants, contractors, and end customers.
  • Conducting Client Visits for Pressure Instruments, Temperature Instruments, Level Instruments, HVAC/BMS Sensors, Air Quality Sensors, and Water Quality Sensors to understand their needs.
  • Preparing quotations tailored to client requirements.
  • Ensuring a smooth transition for new clients from initial contact to becoming a regular customer.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and maximize opportunities.
  • Regularly following up with clients to understand their changing needs.
  • Using effective negotiation strategies to reach beneficial agreements with clients.
  • Closing deals in a way that aligns with Omicron's business goals and ensures customer satisfaction.

The desired qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably in the sensing equipment industry.
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work remotely with 100% field sales responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of the technical aspects of sensing equipment is an advantage.
  • Developing strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
