Role

We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Agency Producer who can seamlessly bridge the gap between creative vision and on-ground execution. You will be the central point of contact between our internal teams, clients and external vendors, keeping every project moving with clarity, confidence and precision. Responsibilities

• Someone with industry experience, particularly in agencies, who can effectively bring clients on board.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the creative team, clients and production team
• Interpret creative briefs and translate them into actionable production plans
• Source, negotiate and manage relationships with directors, vendors and crew
• Oversee end-to-end production from pre-production planning through to final delivery
• Manage project budgets, estimates, and cost tracking with accuracy
• Coordinate shoot schedules, location logistics, and resource planning
• Ensure all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in advertising or film production
• Strong understanding of the ad film production process end-to-end
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Solid vendor and crew network within the Mumbai production ecosystem
• Ability to stay calm, solution-oriented, and decisive under pressure
• Proficiency in budgeting and production scheduling tools

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• Background in Mass Communication, Film Production, Advertising, or Media preferred
