Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our facility in Surajpur Site C Industrial Area. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include documenting customer interactions, following up on issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and resolving customer concerns promptly
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently as needed
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is advantageous
