Job Description
You will be responsible for overseeing the operations and business performance of the luxury store in Gurugram/Delhi NCR. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving overall store sales, profitability, and achievement of monthly/annual targets. - Monitoring KPIs such as conversion, ATV, UPT, repeat clientele, and store productivity. - Ensuring seamless day-to-day store operations in line with luxury retail standards. - Maintaining inventory accuracy, stock movement, and shrinkage control. You will also be in charge of delivering exceptional and personalized client experiences, building long-term relationships with HNI/VIP clients, resolving customer concerns with professionalism, and ensuring visual merchandising and store ambience reflect luxury aesthetics. As a Store Manager/Store Director, you will lead, mentor, and motivate the store team to achieve business goals, conduct regular training sessions, manage staff scheduling and performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence. Furthermore, you will be required to ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance policies, and operational guidelines, coordinate with corporate teams, drive local activations and client engagement initiatives, and maintain impeccable grooming and presentation standards across the store team. Desired Candidate Profile: - 6-12+ years of experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or home dcor brands. - Proven experience in managing large-format luxury stores and high-performing teams. - Strong understanding of luxury clientele and experiential selling. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to retail management. - Well-groomed, polished, and customer-centric personality.
