Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven sales executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their energy requirements, and promoting suitable solar solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, confidence in field sales, and a passion for the renewable energy sector. Roles & Responsibilities Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, references, networking, and digital platforms Meet residential, commercial, and industrial clients to explain solar products and services Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solar solutions Conduct client meetings and assist in site visits when required Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team for project execution Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers to convert leads into sales Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term business opportunities Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company Maintain records of client interactions, sales reports, and follow-up activities Stay updated with solar industry trends, government subsidies, and competitor activities Requirements Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any stream 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Solar, Electrical, or EPC industry Freshers with good communication skills and basic solar knowledge can also apply Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented personality Ability to work independently and in a team environment Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Fuel Allowance Performance Incentives PF & ESIC Benefits Career Growth Opportunities in Renewable Energy Sector
