• OM SAI BULLION is a professional bullion trading company engaged in the buying, selling, and supply of precious metals such as gold and silver bars, and bullion products. The company focuses on delivering trusted pricing, transparent transactions, quality assurance, and timely service to customers, jewellers, and wholesale traders.
• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle buying and selling of gold, silver, and bullion products.
• Monitor daily bullion market rates and price movements.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, and transaction records.
• Manage client orders, bookings, and confirmations.
• Maintain stock records and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
• Track receivables, payables, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and company policies.
• Prepare daily/monthly trading and profit reports.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide professional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in bullion, jewellery, trading, finance, or accounts preferred.
• Knowledge of gold/silver market trends and bullion operations.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or ERP software.
• Experience working under a CA firm / Chartered Accountant firm preferred.

Salary

• As per experience and interview performance.
