AI agents are built for sales teamssales managers, AEs, and RevOpshandling the work that takes them away from selling. With Oliv AI, sales teams can bring back focus on deals, strategy, and conversation. As an SDR at AI, you will have the opportunity to impact the bottom line by generating revenue through qualifying & generating new outbound opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing sales strategies to draw in potential customers or solicit new potential customers. - Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements. - Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging meetings, emails, or phone calls. - Fostering relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience dialing/cold calling into the North American region, including a proven track record of building sales skills such as sales boot camps, certifications, internships, or prior sales roles. - Self-starter with a knack for hitting the ground running and able to work with minimal supervision. - Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills. - Excited to work in a high-energy sales team environment; Unlimited paid time off, sick leave, and a flexible remote WFH workplace. - Flexible work hours because we want you to work in your best way.
