You will be responsible for completing electrical and plumbing maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting tasks at Oleander Farms in Karjat. Your role will involve inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing issues related to electrical systems, plumbing networks, and related infrastructure. Regular maintenance and prompt response to emergencies are crucial aspects of this position.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Complete electrical and plumbing maintenance tasks to ensure seamless functioning of the property
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair any issues related to electrical systems and plumbing networks
• Conduct installations and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing infrastructure
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
• Collaborate with other departments for effective communication and teamwork
• *Qualifications Required:**
• Proficiency in Electricity, Electrical Work, and Electrical Engineering
• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting for electrical and plumbing systems
• Experience in plumbing maintenance, repair, and installation preferred
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certifications or vocational training as an electrician and plumber
• Experience in a hospitality or resort environment is advantageous
