Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Core Responsibilities

• Take inbound/ out bound orders from restaurants/ retail clients
• Upsell and promote new or slow moving inventory
• Suggest substitutions when items are out of stock
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Reach out to inactive customers to generate orders

Order Management

• Enter orders accurately into system
• Confirm pricing, inventory and delivery schedules

Customer Service

• Handle product Issues, shortages, credits
• Track deliveries and resolve complaints
• Maintain strong customer relationships

Admin & Computer Work

• Look up product specs and pricing
• Use excel to track customer orders
• Email vendors and customers

Looking for:

• 2 + years inside sales or distribution experience
• Comfortable on the phone all day
• Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, filtering,sorting)
• Organized and detail-oriented

Bonus if:

• Foodservice distribution experience
• Knows Resturant operations
• proactive

Full Time Position

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
