Are you passionate about fitness and kickboxing? Do you have the skills to motivate and inspire others? OKICK BOXING STUDIO, Richmond's premier kickboxing gym, is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers to join our team!

Position: Group Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer

We offer a variety of kickboxing classes for all levels, including special parent-child classes that are unique in the market. Our mission is to provide a fun, high-energy workout environment that helps our members achieve their fitness goals while promoting mental health and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead group kickboxing classes with enthusiasm and energy
• Provide personalized training sessions tailored to individual member goals
• Assist with new member orientations and first-day friend sessions
• Maintain a clean and safe studio environment
• Engage with members to ensure they feel welcomed and motivated
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

• Previous experience in kickboxing, martial arts, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate members of all fitness levels
• Flexibility to work Mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Certified Group Fitness Instructor and/or Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, or equivalent) is a plus
• CPR/AED certification is a plus
• Get along with kids is huge plus
