• Create sculptures, character models, props, installations, and artistic prototypes across various scales.
• Work with a wide range of materials including:

• Execute sculpting, detailing, texturing, finishing, mould-making, and casting processes.
• Translate sketches, references, and concepts into physical 3D outcomes.

• Illustrative
• Collaborate with designers, fabricators, painters, robotics teams, and production artists.
• Contribute to fabrication of:
• Sculptures
• Animatronics
• Wearables
• Prosthetics
• Set elements
• Museum and experiential installations
• Experiment with new materials, finishes, and techniques to achieve unique visual results.
• Assist in workshop-based execution, assembly, and installation when required.
• Maintain artistic quality, detailing, proportions, and finish standards throughout execution.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong foundation in Fine Arts, Sculpture, Anatomy, Form, and Proportion.
• Excellent clay modelling and sculpting skills.
• Hands-on experience with multiple artistic and fabrication materials.
• Experience in mould-making, casting, finishing, and surface treatment processes.
• Ability to understand and execute both artistic and production-oriented work.
• Comfortable working on large-scale and small-scale projects.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Experimental mindset with curiosity toward materials and making processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in entertainment, film, theme parks, museum installations, props, fabrication, or experiential projects is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with digital tools such as ZBrush, Blender, CAD, 3D printing, CNC, or laser cutting is a plus, but not mandatory.

About Offish Character Art Studio

Offish Character Art Studio is a Mumbai-based multidisciplinary studio that bridges conceptual design and physical manufacturing for entertainment, museums, themed environments, advertising, film, and experiential projects.

Our work ranges from hyper-realistic sculptures and stylised characters to animatronics, miniatures, prosthetics, wearables, props, and immersive installations. We combine traditional craftsmanship with modern technologies including fabrication, robotics, CNC workflows, and digital production techniques.
