Salary: Starting at $75,000 + Performance-Based Bonus

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to take full ownership of our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and can independently manage, optimize, and grow business operations without constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all daily business operations independently
• Lead, hire, and develop a strong, reliable team of employees
• Ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and high-quality service delivery
• Implement and improve operational systems and processes
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational logistics
• Collaborate with ownership to align operations with business goals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business management (required)
• Background in shop repair, automotive, diesel, or service-based industry (strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to lead, hire, and retain effective employees
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to operate independently
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
