Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handle gym membership sales and achieve monthly targets
• Attend walk-in clients and explain membership plans
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
• Build strong relationships with members and potential clients
• Promote gym services, personal training, and fitness packages
• Manage daily sales reports and client data
• Coordinate with trainers and front desk staff for smooth operations
• Plan promotional activities and member engagement programs
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients
• Support social media promotions and marketing activities when required

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in sales and client handling
• Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Previous sales or gym industry experience preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
