Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning ( Maintenance )

Operate and monitor chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems

Maintain temperature, humidity, and air quality as per IT standards

Record and log daily HVAC parameters (pressure, temperature, amperage)

Perform routine inspection of HVAC equipment

Attend to complaints and breakdowns promptly

Coordinate with AMC vendors and service contractors

Ensure equipment cleanliness and safety compliance

Switch ON/OFF HVAC systems as per occupancy schedule

Knowledge about VAV, Exhaust system.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
