As a Java Backend / Microservices Engineer, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications using Java, Microservices, Kafka, and Cloud technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable APIs, services, and microservices-based applications.
- Build and maintain distributed and multi-tier enterprise systems.
- Develop high-performance backend solutions using Java and Python.
- Integrate applications with Kafka, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.

- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
- Contribute to CI/CD implementation and automation initiatives.
Qualifications Required:
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
- Experience with Spring Boot or Vert.x frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
In addition to the above qualifications, preferred skills include experience with GCP and exposure to distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
