The Role
You are responsible for:
- Turning leads into booked consultations
- Ensuring they show up
- Creating new opportunities through outreach
This is a performance-based role, not an admin position.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Calling, texting, and following up with inbound leads
- Booking paid in-person assessments ($150 deposit required)
- Managing conversations across SMS, phone, and social media
- Engaging with people on Instagram (ours and competitors)
- Starting conversations and converting them into bookings
- Maintaining accurate CRM records (GoHighLevel)
Performance Expectations
- Minimum: 5 booked and showed consultations per week
- Target: 6–9 per week
- High Performance: 8–12 per week
- Elite: 12–15+ per week
This is a results-driven role.
Consistency matters more than occasional spikes.
