Information Technology Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Supervisor to oversee and manage daily IT operations at The Oberoi Vanyavilas, Ranthambore. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless technology performance across departments, supporting both operational efficiency and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily IT operations and ensure system efficiency across all departments
• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and network systems
• Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff and management
• Monitor network security, backups, and data integrity to ensure system reliability
• Maintain and support hotel management systems such as OPERA and MICROS
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT services, maintenance, and upgrades
• Ensure timely resolution of IT issues to minimize operational downtime
• Maintain IT documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures

Requirements

• Young and dynamic individual with experience of 2- 4 years of IT experience; hospitality industry experience preferred
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with OPERA, MICROS, and other hospitality systems
• Familiarity with Windows servers, desktops, and basic cybersecurity practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
