Program Director

Oasis Habilitation is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our DDD services in New Jersey.

Required: Minimum 5 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of DDD services, staff leadership, compliance, and program oversight, along with a genuine commitment to person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and overall program oversight
• Supervise staff and maintain high standards of service
• Ensure compliance with DDD regulations and internal policies
• Build strong relationships with families, staff, Support Coordinators, and community partners
• Support organizational growth and operational improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of DDD regulations and service delivery
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Existing relationships with Support Coordinators and referral sources strongly preferred
