Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Solar PV, EV charging, Energy Storage (BESS), and other renewable energy solutions
- Lead B2B and B2G sales initiatives, including government tenders, EPC projects, and corporate tie-ups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and government stakeholders
- Prepare proposals, techno-commercial offers, and presentations
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies
- Coordinate with internal technical and execution teams to close deals
- Support contract negations and project handover
- Achieve defined revenue and growth targets
- Prepare financial modelling and project DPR
Qualifications
1. B.E/ B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech - Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Telecommunications, Renewable Energy, Mechanical or any other similar branch
2. Strong knowledge of Electrical, Electronics, Solar, EV Charging and Energy Storage Systems.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
4. Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently
5. Willingness to travel as required
