Patient care Using your clinical expertise, in collaboration with the interprofessional team, you will be responsible for comprehensive assessment, care planning, patient education and discharge planning to support the continuity of care throughout the patients stay on AAU, an acute inpatient medical department. Requirements 48_Success Created with Sketch. Qualifications Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses. Current BCLS certification. Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in acute medicine. AAU experience preferred. Coronary Care 1 experience preferred. Certificate in oncology and/or gerontology would be an asset.
