Job Description

Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead – HCC Medical Coder to lead and manage a team of coders while ensuring high-quality coding standards and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HCC medical coders
Ensure accurate HCC coding as per CMS guidelines
Review and audit coded charts for quality and compliance
Conduct training sessions and performance feedback discussions
Coordinate with Quality and Operations teams to achieve targets
Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and process improvements Preferred Skills:
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, HCC Guidelines, RAF Scoring, and Risk Adjustment
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Experience in medical coding audits and quality checks
Ability to handle team targets and performance management
Experience with EMR/Encoder tools is an added advantage

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
