Role Overview

We are hiring a Career Success Coach to manage and guide professionals through their end-to-end job search journey within the NxtJob ecosystem.

This role is ideal for candidates from HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Career Services, or people-centric backgrounds who are passionate about career development and coaching.

As a Career Success Coach, you will act as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients, ensuring they remain accountable, motivated, and aligned with the NxtJob process. You will play a critical role in driving client engagement, consistency, and overall success outcomes.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, empathy, structure, and execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout their coaching journey
• Build strong professional relationships based on trust, accountability, and consistent communication
• Guide clients through the NxtJob methodology.
• Conduct regular follow-ups, progress reviews, and accountability check-ins
• Identify client roadblocks proactively and provide structured guidance to maintain momentum
• Coordinate with internal specialist teams for resume optimization, interview preparation, and advanced strategy support
• Maintain accurate progress tracking and client engagement updates
• Reinforce consistency, discipline, and execution across all stages of the client journey
• Capture client feedback and insights to help improve program quality and experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Come from HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Career Services, Learning & Development, or related backgrounds
• Have a genuine interest in career coaching, mentoring, or professional development
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Are empathetic, structured, and execution-oriented
• Can balance motivation with accountability
• Are organized and capable of managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
• Freshers with strong communication skills and HR/recruitment internship exposure are encouraged to apply
• 1–3 years of experience in (will be an added advantage): Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Recruitment, Career Counseling, Client Success, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement
