Junior Sales Representative

We are seeking a Junior Sales Representative to join NWM Enterprises. The Junior Sales Representative position is a hands-on, customer-facing sales role where you will directly influence revenue growth, brand loyalty, and market expansion.

Responsibilities of the Junior Sales Representative:

• Drive new customer enrollment by presenting client products and services directly to consumers in person.
• Own the full sales cycle: initial contact, needs assessment, product presentation, enrollment, and follow-up.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
• Learn and master consultative selling techniques during hands-on training with senior sales representatives.
• Clearly communicate program benefits, pricing, and terms to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on individual customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, enrollments, and customer follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and professionally to close sales and retain trust.
• Follow all client compliance and safety guidelines during in-person sales interactions.

Junior Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, community engagement, or retail
• Prior Junior Sales Representative experience is a plus
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a natural ability to build rapport
• Goal-driven, competitive, and motivated by meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Coachable and open to ongoing sales training and performance feedback
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
