Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Principal Product Marketing Specialist - Cybersecurity at NTT DATA, you will be a highly skilled subject matter expert responsible for introducing new organizational products or services and/or enhanced products or services to the external marketplace. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling messaging, content, and campaigns that highlight the value of NTT DATA's cybersecurity portfolio in the market. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) functions are well-informed, trained, and enabled to effectively sell the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop specific marketing plans and activities for the Cybersecurity Services portfolio to establish, enhance, or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.
- Contribute to the development and execution of a value proposition and messaging strategy for the Cybersecurity Services portfolio.
- Articulate product propositions to clients and internal stakeholders, such as sales teams.
- Create client marketing content including datasheets, case studies, videos, and references.
- Work with internal teams to define and develop the required communication, training, and other collateral that will enable the sales force to sell the portfolio or aspects of it.
- Define and execute local marketing strategies and programs for specific products aligned with the strategy.
- Track and monitor the success of the program on a scorecard or dashboard that reflects the associated metrics.
- Collaborate to conduct primary market research in the form of competitive, segment, and client behavior.
- Conduct marketing reviews to investigate the success of marketing initiatives and programs.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
- Extended experience in a product marketing role, preferably in the B2B technology services space, with cybersecurity experience.
- Experience in launching new technology products and services and communicating benefits.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and executing on marketing.
- Experience working with IT services.
- Project management experience.
- Experience in software or technology B2B product marketing.
- Experience launching new technology products or solutions.
- Experience in conducting market analysis, developing market messaging, and communicating benefits.
