BPO Transaction Quality Assurance Analyst
Conduct detailed audits and quality reviews of annuity transfer requests, paperwork, and system data.
Verify completeness and accuracy of transfer documentation (e.g., transfer forms, beneficiary designations, fund allocation, surrender/transfer fees, etc.).
Ensure compliance with internal policies, service-level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements (state/federal).
Identify trends, process gaps, or recurring issues in annuity transfer procedures.
Recommend corrective actions and process enhancements to reduce defects and improve service outcomes.
Collaborate with operational teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
Support training initiatives by developing quality checklists, documentation standards, and best practice guidelines.
Ensure team adherence to compliance requirements (e.g., FINRA, state insurance regulations, company policies).
