Compensation Senior Specialist Key Responsibilities Support annual and off‑cycle compensation processes including merit, bonus, and promotion cycles. Perform compensation data analysis, validation, and reporting. Conduct internal equity, pay parity, and market competitiveness analysis. Support job pricing and market benchmarking using compensation survey data. Prepare Excel‑based models, dashboards, and trackers for compensation reporting. Respond to routine compensation queries from HRBPs with guidance and analysis. Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to compensation frameworks and policies. Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience & Qualifications 5–6 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards. Strong understanding of core compensation practices, including pay structures, market benchmarking, and annual pay review cycles. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Advanced Excel proficiency (data analysis, macro, data modeling). High attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive data. Ability to work independently with guidance. Clear communication skills and ability to explain compensation concepts to HR partners. Preferred Experience working in a large or matrixed organization. Exposure to HR systems and compensation analytics. Experience Level Senior Level
