We are currently seeking a Java Production support - Payments to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Below are the primary responsibilities:

• Daily Production Support activities like Monitoring support mailbox, Debugging Issues, Monitoring production health
• Discussing Payment Stake holder teams with issue and clarification
• Following Incident and Change processes.
• Test and Production deployments and Infra responsibilities.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Java and code debugging skills
• Production Support experience for at least 2-3 years where he has worked L1/L2 support engineer.
• Knowledge of Incident and Change process
• Good understating of Kafka, MQ and Restful API’s
• Knowledge of RHEL/Linux and Shell scripting
• Have understanding on Java Spring microservice
• Knowledge for deployments tools like Ansible
• Can work independently to debug and resolve issue

Understanding of RDMS Database like Oracle.
