Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising (Meta & Google)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Set up and manage retargeting campaigns

2. Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates
  • Work on funnel strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)
  • Collaborate with design/development teams for better UX/UI

3. Social Media Growth & Engagement

  • Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Drive organic growth and engagement (followers, comments, shares, DMs)
  • Manage posting calendars and coordinate creatives
  • Collaborate with influencers and creators (if required)

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and monitor tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Conversion API)
  • Track KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels and customer journeys
  • Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
  • Good understanding of audience targeting and retargeting strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions
  • Basic copywriting and creative strategy skills

Good to Have

  • Experience with e-commerce or lead generation businesses
  • Knowledge of tools like Google Tag Manager, CRM tools, or email marketing platforms
  • Experience with influencer marketing or content marketing

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Cost per Lead / Cost per Acquisition (CPL / CPA)
  • Website conversion rate
  • Social media engagement & growth
  • Overall revenue contribution from digital channels

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
