Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Advertising (Meta & Google)
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Set up and manage retargeting campaigns
2. Website & Conversion Optimization
- Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates
- Work on funnel strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion)
- Collaborate with design/development teams for better UX/UI
3. Social Media Growth & Engagement
- Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Drive organic growth and engagement (followers, comments, shares, DMs)
- Manage posting calendars and coordinate creatives
- Collaborate with influencers and creators (if required)
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and monitor tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Conversion API)
- Track KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels and customer journeys
- Basic knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
- Good understanding of audience targeting and retargeting strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions
- Basic copywriting and creative strategy skills

- Experience with e-commerce or lead generation businesses
- Knowledge of tools like Google Tag Manager, CRM tools, or email marketing platforms
- Experience with influencer marketing or content marketing
