Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan
• Conduct patient assessments, routine exams, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage medications per evidence-based guidelines
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and health maintenance
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team across multiple clinic locations
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Support quality improvement and population health initiatives

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida FNP license
• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (required)
• New graduates welcome — no prior NP experience required
• Outpatient primary care background or relevant RN experience a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Schedule & Compensation

• Base salary up to $120,000 | Realistic OTE $165,000
