Our Client is an established and fast growing life insurance and annuity carrier.
The Position: Treasurer
Major Responsibilities
- Manage Banking Relationships
- Manage Bank Accounts and Treasury Services
- Cash Management and Liquidity Planning
- Debt Covenant, Trust and LOC Monitoring
- Work with internal and external auditors for documentation and testing of internal controls.
- Assist with preparation of presentation materials for boards, committees, rating agencies and creditors.
- Assist in the preparation of STAT and GAAP financials and footnotes and rating agency surveys.
- Minimal to no travel required for this position
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of treasury management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and good organizational skills.
- BS or BA with concentration in Accounting or Finance
