As a Sales Development Executive, your role will involve developing a go-to Sales Development strategy by leveraging customer insight and innovation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Growing the business and engaging in B2B selling - Utilizing your people skills and coordination abilities - Demonstrating a positive personality and attitude, characterized by being open-minded, honest, precise, and a team player - Utilizing your analytical capabilities, particularly within the food industry (Technical, food), with experience in sales and/or marketing - Defining and articulating a market and pricing strategy - Showcasing sales negotiation skills - Building a network of relationships within the industry and establishing yourself as a subject matter expert - Applying basic knowledge of sales budgeting processes, marketing techniques, production, and distribution processes - Having knowledge about Food technology - Providing technical support for customer satisfaction in coordination with Tech services/R&D - Coordinating with relevant departments/people for new projects and following up - Preparing sales reports, customer records, and competitors files The products you will be handling include Non Dairy Specialty Food Ingredients such as Pectin, Carrageenan, Natural Sweeteners, Flavours, Modified Starch, Preservatives, etc. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Tech in food technology This role will provide you with the opportunity to utilize your skills in sales development, customer insight, and innovation within the food industry.
