We’re expanding our Venture Scout Network and are looking for well-connected operators who enjoy spotting promising founders early and helping them get discovered. The Role As a Venture Scout / Deal Sourcer, you’ll identify and refer high-quality startup founders and investors into the Initio Capital ecosystem. When your referrals successfully raise capital or activate on the platform, you earn cash rewards. This is a flexible, remote opportunity designed for people already embedded in startup communities. What You’ll Do
- Source and refer promising startup founders seeking capital
- Introduce accredited investors, angels, or LPs into our network
- Share your unique referral link with founders and investors
- Support founders by guiding them into the Initio Capital platform
- Track referrals and performance through our real-time dashboard Earnings & Incentives
- $1,000 – $5,000 per qualified founder referral
- $500 – $2,000 per investor referral
